LORDAPK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. If you believe that any material on https://lordapk.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please tell us and we will act promptly.
Our position
We do not host APK files or other software binaries whose distribution rights we do not hold. Our articles link to the developer’s official Play Store listing or website for downloads. If you find an article that appears to link to an unauthorized copy of copyrighted material, we would like to know about it so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove the link.
How to file a takedown notice
To submit a takedown notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or an equivalent request under the copyright law of your jurisdiction, send an email to bhattistation24@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of works if several are covered by one notice.
- The URL of the specific article, image, or link on LORDAPK that you are complaining about, so we can find it.
- Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- The following statement: “I have a good-faith belief that use of the material described above in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- The following statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may share your notice with the person who posted or contributed the material at issue.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We keep a record of takedown notices and repeat-infringer accounts, and we may terminate access for users who repeatedly upload infringing material.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to bhattistation24@gmail.com. Your counter-notification should include your name and contact information, identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your physical or electronic signature.
Misrepresentation
Please remember that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and similar laws elsewhere, a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please do not send bad-faith or automated notices.
Trademark concerns
If your concern is trademark rather than copyright, email us at the same address with the subject line “Trademark Concern” and describe the mark, the goods or services it identifies, and the specific page you are asking us to change.
